This really resonated with me. It talks about Rick Reuben, who has helped numerous big artists with their creative process and production, and his journey with transcendental meditation at a very young age, leading him to see the creative process as tuning into ideas from the universe and allowing them to flow through you. Basically, it implies using Meditation as a tool to access ideas, and seeing ideas as originating outside yourself. Many artists in interviews clipped in this video describe the creative process in this way too. Feels like it has strong links to Spirituality.

It makes me want to do OP-Z by getting inspired (or meditating) first, to tune into my experience and be present, or listen to music to help me get inspired for something. Otherwise, it'll feel like a whole lot of work, because I'm not allowing something to flow through me.
