An attempt by a doctor to synthesise and simplify nutritional findings on many fields. Often biased, sometimes vastly misinterprets studies, and has been known to blatantly cherry-pick studies while completely misunderstanding them.

While some of the information on his site might be accurate and serve as a counterweight to the commercial bias in study results (ie from "big salt", "big processed food", "big meat" etc), you should not take it at face value from his website.
